Peter Colin is a musician and attorney in New York, where he practices sports and entertainment law with Marc Jacobson, PC. He has negotiated deals and protected the copyrights and rights of publicity for athletes, artists and companies. Peter has also held various positions with Thomson Reuters, including as a technologist consulting on blockchain use cases for law firms and the legal industry. As a musician, Peter spent six seasons as trombonist for the orchestra at Theatre Memphis and has appeared with B.B. King, Foreigner, Foghat, Donna McKechnie, Jeff Coffin and Marc Broussard. He also has served as a director for Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Middle School Jazz Academy. Peter has recording credits on Mark Records and continues to perform on projects recorded at Chris Love Studios in Nashville.
